Yogurt can be quick, easy and healthy and it can also be very confusing to know which one to take home off the shelf. I like Voskos brand (purchased from Sprouts) plain nonfat Greek yogurt. I have used other brands and they work as well, just check the label. Mix with fresh fruit that is on hand to provide more volume so it will be more filling without expanding your waistline.
½ cup measure of plain nonfat Greek yogurt and 1 cup of strawberries
